I offer one simple service… Great Mixing for ALL my clients.
Ken Lewis
When mixing for my clients, both major label and independent, I utilize a secret weapon that I possess, one that most other mixers do not. I draw on my experience as a multi-platinum producer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and arranger while creating my mixes. I listen to your song and approach my mix creatively, in ways that people who only mix cannot.
Experience is everything and I have a tremendous range of top credits across many roles and genres. I do all of my mixing on my analog SSL mixing console (and every plugin on Earth) in the same studio, using the same techniques that I have utilized for dozens of Grammy, Gold, #1, and Platinum projects. Through my revisions process, we will make sure that your creative vision is fully realized through my mix.

KEN'S MIXING PROCESS
STEP 1 - UPLOAD & SEND

Upload your Pro Tools session or consolidated Audio Stems using a large file transfer service like WeTransfer, HighTail, DropBox, etc.. Zip all files into a single archive and include a rough mix mp3 or wave printed from the current version of the song you want me to mix.

STEP 2 - YOUR SONG IS MIXED

I will download your files, prepare them and mix your song using my AWS900+ analog SSL mixing console along with all the best plugins. Turnaround time varies, but is typically 5 to 15 days. I mix every song until I feel like I have a completely finished, radio ready mix.

STEP 3 - YOUR MIX IS DELIVERED

Then, I upload a high quality copy of my mix to you to review and send you instructions on how to access.

STEP 4 - LISTEN

Listen to my mix on several sets of speakers. Take as long as you need to evaluate. Make notes of any changes you want me to make to the mix. Include track names and timings with your notes. Be as detailed as possible.

STEP 5 - PROVIDE FEEDBACK

Send me your revision requests. Zero to three rounds of revisions is common, however, I INCLUDE ALL MIX REVISIONS IN MY FLAT RATE UNTIL YOU APPROVE A FINAL MIX! Whatever it takes until you are 100% happy.

Once you approve a final mix, I will print final mix passes including Main, TV (mix minus LV), Instrumental, and Acapella.
